1. Motor housing casting - for 1.5MW direct-drive type wind turbines
2. Material: EN-GJS-400-18U-LT (GGG40.3) and EN-GJS-350-22U-LT (GGG35.3) used for
directdrive type wind turbines
3. Process: resin sand casting and 15 Tons and 30 Tons intermediate frequency furnaces
4. In-house UT and MT test
5. Charpy impact test V-notched Akv-20 or -40 degree.
6. 3.1B material certificate is provided.
7. OEM parts available according to customer's specifications (drawings).
8. Small order with quantity is acceptable.
